Join Sharon Gannon, David Life, and Julie Kirkpatrick for Jivamukti Yoga Intensives at the WildWoodstock Jivamukti Forest Sanctuary from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 7 days per week, all of August, in the intimate country setting of the Sanctuary’s yoga studio. The Intensives are 3 hours of yoga practice that include spiritual insight, meditation, chanting, asana and creative teaching that will stretch your body, mind, and spirit. No matter what your level of experience is, you will find your practice deepened by attending all, some, or even one of the Intensives. All are encouraged to come! Your participation helps to support and maintain the magical 125-acre sanctuary, located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, near Woodstock in upstate New York (about 2 hrs. north of New York City). The Sanctuary serves as a safe haven and home for elemental beings and diverse plant and animal communities. | ||
